Tiktok Rolls Out Interactive Add-ons For In-feed Ads Globally

TikTok announced that interactive add-ons are now available globally for in-feed ads. Interactive add-ons offer a way to engage with users through popups, stickers and other visual elements.

Brands can choose between two sorts of interactive add-ons: standard and premium

The standard interactive add-ons are a good approach to reaching lower-level marketing objectives such as increasing clicks and conversions.

A voting sticker is an example of a basic interactive add-on that stimulates audience participation by allowing businesses to poll, quiz, or collect feedback from users.

Premium interactive add-ons can help you achieve higher marketing goals like brand exposure and community building. A pop-out showcase is an example of a premium interactive add-on that allows companies to highlight products through a pop-out element to drive clicks.

Meta (Facebook) Reports 7% Increase In Q1 Revenue On Greater Ad Volume, Lower Cost-Per-Ad Sold

Meta reported a 7% increase in first-quarter revenue, owing to higher ad volume sales compared to the same quarter a year earlier. 

Meta, the parent company of Facebook, Instagram, and other apps and networks, stated in a financial announcement released Wednesday afternoon that its ad impressions volume climbed 15% during the quarter, while the average price per ad sold declined 8%.

The company’s revenue for the quarter was $27.9 billion, up from $26.2 billion a year before.

“We made progress this quarter across a number of key company priorities and we remain confident in the long-term opportunities and growth that our product roadmap will unlock,” Founder-CEO Mark Zuckerberg said in a statement released before an earnings call with investors and journalists set for 5 pm (EDT).
