Amazon to temporarily halt shipping non-essential products in Italy and France

Amazon has temporarily stopped taking orders on its sites in Italy (amazon.it) and France (amazon.fr) as part of its efforts to contain the spread of the virus.

“As customers use e-commerce to support their social distancing efforts, we too have implemented social distancing guidance within our fulfillment centers to keep our employees safe and healthy,”

Saturday, a notice on Amazon.it read: “We are prioritizing the most requested products and some items may be temporarily unavailable. We appreciate your understanding at this time when we prioritize the products that customers need most. All orders already confirmed will be delivered regularly.”

Bloomberg reported that at least five workers at European Amazon warehouses have tested positive for coronavirus.

FEATURED STM THREAD: Wakeboarder (Timotej) is back with yet another Follow Along you don’t want to miss!

Remember the epic “Wild Boar Liquidator” follow along, started by “wakeboarder” quite a while ago? There was so much valuable information shared in that thread
no wonder it became one of the most followed threads on STM in the past year.

And guess what? Tim is back with yet another FA thread, this time he’s about to focus on YouTube! That’s right, the wild boars are about to take over the most popular video streaming platform on planet earth.

Why YouTube? The answer is simple: Tim simply doesn’t want to rely on FB alone
you know how erratic that traffic source can be, with all the banning going on lately. We all try to diversify our traffic sources anyways and YouTube certainly is a beast that’s worth our attention.

For the starters, Tim decided to use a lower budget and focus on the retargeting approach plus a set of highly targeted keywords to get some cold audiences going too. How far is he gonna take it? Check the thread to find out, plenty of gold nuggets are guaranteed to get dropped in it in the coming weeks!
